Recipe by Bishnupriya Pattanaik

Ingredients :

  1. Milk 500ml
  2. Paneer 50g
  3. Sugar 75g
  4. Milk made 50g
  5. Khoya 59g
  6. Cardamon powder 1/2 tsp
  7. Kesar threads 4-5
  8. Dry fruits chopped 1/4 cup

Preparation

  1. First boil milk on high flame
  2. Boil it on slow flame for 10 mins
  3. Add sugar, khoya
  4. After a boiling add milk made
  5. Followed by continuous stirring
  6. Cut paneer into small cubes
  7. Add paneer in boiling milk
  8. When milk reduces and becomes thick, turn off the gas
  9. Add dry fruits, cardamon powder and saffron threads
  10. Serve cold

My Tip:
Add rose essence/petals or vanilla essence instead of cardamon powder
